SOP software
SOP software that shows the work.
Written SOPs get skimmed. With DemoSix, the person who knows the job records it once, and the video goes into a private library your team comes back to. Every new hire learns it the same way.
7-day free trial
Standard is $35/mo with 50% off, regularly $70/mo. Unlimited seats.
Record each procedure once
Whoever knows the job records it with DemoSix Recorder on Mac or Windows, or uploads a video they already have. Captions are added automatically.
One private library for every SOP
Procedures live in a private library, sorted into Channels by team or process. Only the people you invite can watch.
See who watched each SOP
Who watched shows, for every procedure, which teammates watched it, who stopped part way and who has not started.

Straight answers
What is SOP software?
Software for creating, keeping and sharing standard operating procedures. Most SOP tools store written steps. DemoSix keeps each procedure as a short video in a private library, so people watch the job being done instead of reading about it.
Can we keep our written SOPs?
Yes. DemoSix holds the videos. Keep the written checklist where it lives today and link each step to its video.
Who can see our SOPs?
Only the people you invite to your library. Nothing in it is public or searchable.
Does everyone need to install something?
No. Teammates watch in their browser. Only the person recording uses DemoSix Recorder, on Mac or Windows, and uploading a video you already have needs nothing at all.
What is an SOP?
SOP stands for standard operating procedure: the agreed steps for doing one job the same way every time, whoever does it. Businesses keep them for work that repeats, such as onboarding a customer, closing the month or shipping a release. In DemoSix, each SOP is also a short video of someone doing the job.
How do you write an SOP?
Pick one process and record someone doing it for real. Write the start, the finish and the steps from that recording, add what to do when it goes wrong, and test it with someone who did not write it. Then give it an owner and a review date. Our guide below walks through all eight steps.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Standard and Teams come with unlimited seats: one price for your whole team, however many people record, upload or manage videos. Each plan includes reps with their own tracked link: 10 on Standard, 50 on Teams. Watching is never charged.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free, with one seat and 100 video minutes. A team library needs Standard ($35 a month: unlimited seats, 1,000 video minutes and Who watched) or Teams ($75 a month, 2,500 video minutes), each with a 7-day free trial. Until December 31, 2026, both are 50% off for as long as you stay subscribed (regularly $70 and $150 a month).
