Employee onboarding
Employee onboarding, recorded once.
Every new hire asks the same questions in their first weeks. Record the answers once, keep them in a private library, and new hire training stops depending on who has time that day.
7-day free trial
Standard is $35/mo with 50% off, regularly $70/mo. Unlimited seats.
Training for new employees, ready on day one
The people who know each job record it once, or upload videos you already have. New hires start watching the day they join.
Know who is caught up
Who watched shows which new hires have watched each video, who stopped part way and who has not started.
Your whole team, one price
Standard and Teams come with unlimited seats, so every manager and new hire is in, at no extra cost per person.

Straight answers
Is DemoSix employee onboarding software?
It covers the training part of onboarding: the videos new hires watch and seeing who has watched them. Paperwork, payroll and accounts stay in the tools you use for them today.
Can we use the training videos we already have?
Yes. Upload them to your library, or record new ones with DemoSix Recorder on Mac or Windows. Captions are added automatically.
Who can see our onboarding videos?
Only the people you invite to your library. Nothing in it is public or searchable.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Standard and Teams come with unlimited seats: one price for your whole team, however many people record, upload or manage videos. Each plan includes reps with their own tracked link: 10 on Standard, 50 on Teams. Watching is never charged.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free, with one seat and 100 video minutes. A team library needs Standard ($35 a month: unlimited seats, 1,000 video minutes and Who watched) or Teams ($75 a month, 2,500 video minutes), each with a 7-day free trial. Until December 31, 2026, both are 50% off for as long as you stay subscribed (regularly $70 and $150 a month).
