How is “Watch a demo” different from “Book a demo”?
“Book a demo” asks a prospect to pick a time and talk to you. “Watch a demo” lets them see your product right away, on their own, in demos of 6 minutes or less. Keep both in your signature: one for prospects ready to talk, one for prospects who want to look first. The watchers leave a name and email, and you see what they watched.
What does the link say in my email signature?
Demosix copies a clickable link labelled “Watch a demo.” That is only the starting text: you can reword it in your email client, and the address behind it stays the same. In a plain-text signature, the address itself is pasted.
Which plans include Capture Leads?
Team ($49/mo) and Business ($149/mo). Basic and Pro do not include it. Your first Private plan starts with 60 days free, with no card.
Which Networks can capture leads?
Public and Private Networks. Paid Networks keep their membership storefront and cannot enable capture.
Does Capture Leads connect to my CRM?
There is no direct CRM integration today. You export a CSV any time and import it into HubSpot, Salesforce, a spreadsheet, or whatever your team uses.
Does my viewer need a Demosix account?
No. They enter their name and email, agree to share their details and viewing activity and receive your marketing emails, then watch.
What happens to my leads if I downgrade?
They stay in Leads and stay exportable within retention: inactive leads are deleted after 12 months. Your signature link and capture pause until eligible service returns. Capture resumes automatically unless you turned it off or transferred the Network.
Can I keep some channels private?
Yes — the capture link only opens the channels you select. New channels aren’t added until you update the selection. Public content remains public through its ordinary links.
Can I kill a link that’s gone too far?
Reset it and the old address stops working. Existing guest sessions are revoked; leads already collected remain within retention.
