Process documentation
Process documentation you can watch.
Most process documentation is a page of steps that goes out of date. With DemoSix, whoever runs the process records it once, and it goes into a private library where the team can watch it done.
7-day free trial
Standard is $35/mo with 50% off, regularly $70/mo. Unlimited seats.
Document processes by doing them
Record the process on screen with DemoSix Recorder on Mac or Windows, or upload a video you already have. Captions are added automatically.

Each process is its own video in a private library, sorted into Channels by team or system.
Your whole team, one price

Straight answers
What is process documentation?
A record of how a piece of work gets done, so anyone can do it the same way. DemoSix keeps that record as short videos, so people watch the process instead of reading about it.
Can we keep our written documentation?
Yes. DemoSix holds the videos. Keep the written steps where they live today and link each one to its video.
Who can see our processes?
Only the people you invite to your library. Nothing in it is public or searchable.
How do you document a process?
Pick one process with a clear start and finish, record someone who knows it doing it for real, then write the steps from the recording, including what to do when it goes wrong. Give it an owner and keep it where the team already looks. In DemoSix the recording goes into a Channel of your private library, beside the rest of your processes.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Standard and Teams come with unlimited seats: one price for your whole team, however many people record, upload or manage videos. Each plan includes reps with their own tracked link: 10 on Standard, 50 on Teams. Watching is never charged.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free, with one seat and 100 video minutes. A team library needs Standard ($35 a month: unlimited seats, 1,000 video minutes and Who watched) or Teams ($75 a month, 2,500 video minutes), each with a 7-day free trial. Until December 31, 2026, both are 50% off for as long as you stay subscribed (regularly $70 and $150 a month).
