Reporting Copyright Infringement
Demosix respects copyright owners and responds to notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on Demosix infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact.
DMCA Notice Requirements
Your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its Demosix URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate.
Counter-Notifications
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with your signature, the removed material and prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, and your consent to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
Demosix may terminate accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers and may remove, disable, or preserve content as needed for legal, safety, or enforcement reasons.
